The nightly rate already includes the room tax required by the Tourism Company, which is 9%.
In addition to the nightly rate + room tax, there is a $25 cleaning fee that is added to the total for the number of nights the guest books. The cleaning fee is a one-time charge.

We do not reside on the property, but we are available to assist you during our office hours:
Monday – Friday: 10am-4pm
Saturday: 10am-1pm
If you are unable to reach us, please send us a message through the application, text, or email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have any special requests, we recommend letting us know in advance so we can assist you in the best possible way. We appreciate that questions and concerns be limited to office hours.
